Itinerary

Pick Up From Guwahati airport/station at morning and transfer to Guest House. After lunch there will be an afternoon Jeep safari. In the evening guests are free for their personal leisure. Overnight stay at Resort. (B/L/S/D)

  • There will be a Total of 6 safaris
  • Maximum 4 guests are allowed per vehicle.
  • Price includes the costs of jungle safari, guide fees, and permission fees.
  • Pick up and drop from Guwahati Airport/Station.

✕ Excluded

  • Guest needs to bear all kinds of personal expenses (such as Tips & Gratuity, laundry, phone calls, Bottled water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages) or optional tours or extra meals ordered by you.
  • Camera fees (if any).
  • Any penalties incurred upon the guest by his/her own misconduct.

1. Passengers can book their seats in advance by paying 75% of the trip amount only while booking. The Rest amount is to be paid one month before the commencement of journey.
Please note that only 25% of the advance amount is refundable in case of a cancellation.
2. Cancellation of bookings will be considered from the date of departure and on agreed amount.
• Before three month: 35% of the agreed amount
• After two month and before two weeks:60% of the agreed amount
• After one month or less: no refund
Please note that Cancellation Rules will not be applicable on certain tours. For details, please verify with us beforehand.
3. Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. IchheDana Tourismwon’t be responsible for any loss of such things.
4. It is assumed that guests are well aware of the itinerary and the places before departure and is fully aware of the conditions of the places. Any confusion or queries are to be cleared with Ichhe Dana Tourism before departure.
5. Itineraries of tours will clearly state the starting and ending points. If guests require any extra transit/accommodation, they may contact us for assistance. Service will be provided at extra cost that needs to be incurred by the guests.
6. Any special requirements before, during, or end of the tour is to be intimated beforehand by the guests. Assistance regarding the requests will be entertained, whenever possible. The costs of such requirements are to be incurred by the guests.
7. It is also assumed that the guests have chosen the itinerary, season, and duration of tour on their own will and Ichhe Dana Tourism will not be responsible for their personal decision.
8. Ichhe Dana Tourism never guarantees that we will help you spot any faunal species. However, we will try our best, so that you get an amazing experience of the same. No complaints regarding this will be entertained at any time.
9. For strenuous tours, guests are requested to be physically and mentally fit. Ichhe Dana Tourism is not responsible for any health issues of the guests. Medical assistance will be provided by Ichhe Dana Tourismat extra cost, subject to availability of medical facilities.
10. Ichhe Dana Tourism is not responsible for any unforeseen activities, such as natural calamities and other social or political issues that may cause the tour to be cancelled, modified, or truncated. The decision of the tour head will be final and binding in such cases. Please note that there will be no refund of amounts in case of tours that are truncated due to causes beyond our control.
11. There will be tour-specific terms and conditions that will be provided with the itinerary. Guests are requested to check the details beforehand with us.
12. We will strictly follow the itinerary as agreed upon. If you want any changes in dates, like staying extra or arriving beforehand you have to contact us before the trip. We will try to arrange the same as per your request. But you have to bear the extra costs.
